Bette & Cring Honored with “Build NY” Award

Rachel Ceasar - Tuesday, August 04, 2015

Since 1990, the General Build Contractors and now the Associated General Contractors of New York State (AGC NYS) have recognized projects that exemplify construction excellence and highlight the best in the state.

On April 16th, Bette & Cring was honored with a “2014 Jeffrey J. Zogg Build New York Award” for the construction of the Albany Medical Center Cogeneration Plant and presented with a plaque. This honor is shared with the entire construction team from the owner to the architects and engineers, and the many subcontractors, suppliers, and the individual men and women who made this project happen.

Our project team includes Cogen Power Technologies, CHA Consulting, FPI Mechanical; Rentech: Schenectady Hardware & Electric; Solar Turbines; Stonebridge Iron & Steel; and many others.

The Associated General Contractors of New York State produced a video summary of our award-winning project.
