• Training
  All Bette & Cring field personnel are required to complete an OSHA 10-hour construction safety program. Periodic hazard-specific training programs are conducted as necessary to address hazards observed on jobsites, and weekly tool box safety talks are mandatory for all site personnel.
• Safety Audits
  In addition to daily site inspections by Bette & Cring site personnel, our Safety Director conducts periodic safety audits to assess the effectiveness and performance of all jobsite personnel in meeting both Bette & Cring and OSHA rules and regulations. Bette & Cring recognizes that OSHA regulations are "minimum" standards and, where appropriate, our requirements exceed those standards. Bette & Cring has a "Zero Tolerance" policy for ignoring safety rules and regulations.
• Accident Reporting and Review
  Bette & Cring has an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) much better than industry standard. In the rare event of an accident on our jobsites, whether involving personal injury and/or property damage, Bette & Cring personnel investigate and analyze the cause(s). Prompt and effective steps are then taken to prevent further occurrences.
